Brothers & sisters, it is time to be on offense.
We the People stand in expectation that our elected officials will follow their oath as stated in Article VI of the US Constitution: “shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” As further stated in Article VI, “This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance therof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land…” Therefore, any Law of the US that is NOT made in Pursuance of the Constitution must be nullified by our elected officials as unconstitutional.
On March 3, 2023, the World Health Organization released its “zero draft” of “negotiations on global agreement to protect [the] world from future pandemic emergencies.” Regardless of the actions of our Federal Government, our State and Local elected officials must act swiftly to interpose by declaring intention to nullify such an egregious act of arbitrary and unconstitutional power.
Some examples of the unconstitutional nature of the Zero Draft of the WHO CA+ include:
Article 2.
1. The implementation of the WHO CA+ shall be guided by the Charter of the United Nations and
the Constitution of the World Health Organization.
The US Constitution does not state that US Citizens are subject to constitutions from global governing bodies.
Article 4
3. Sovereignty – States have… the sovereign right to determine and manage their approach to public health…provided that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to their peoples and other countries.
7. Accountability – …All Parties shall cooperate with other States and relevant international organizations, in order to collectively strengthen, support and sustain capacities for global prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems
8. Given that the health of all peoples is dependent on the fullest cooperation of individuals and States, all Parties are bound by the obligations of the WHO CA+.
16. Science and evidence-informed decisions – Science, evidence and findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable data should inform all public health decisions and the development and implementation of guidance for pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems.
Article 8
The Parties shall, as appropriate, monitor and regulate against substandard and falsified pandemic-related products, through existing Member State mechanisms on substandard and falsified medical products.
Amendment I of the US Constitution states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” All of these God given rights were trampled during the recent COVID crisis and as evidenced by Article 4 of the Zero Draft, US Citizens would expect more of the same with WHO assuming complete control, defining “activities” that cause damage and “the science” with no assurance of scientific debate. Article 8 codifies censorship.

production and transfer of technology and know-how
3. (b) strengthen coordination, with relevant international organizations, including United
Nations agencies, on issues related to public health, intellectual property and trade, including
timely matching of supply to demand and mapping manufacturing capacities and demand;
Both Articles 6 & 7 seek to control industry such as is common in tyrannical regimes and counter to our US economic structure. The US Constitution does not allow for global organizations to create edicts for our businesses.
Article 15
2. the WHO Director-General shall, in accordance with terms set out herin, declare pandemics
Our US Constitution is built on checks and balances to limit powers. Nowhere in our Constitution does it allow handing over powers to a global dictator.
