The visit is meant to “TRAIN THE PARENTS” with vaccinations. Babies do not have an ability to generate antibodies before age One. Humoral Immunity is not developed until age 1-2. Former CDC director, Dr. Colleen Boyle has said the same during a congressional hearing.
