How governments are playing with numbers. Positive PCR tests are not ‘cases’. Only about 1% of positive tests become cases and of those only about 1% of cases are serious enough to require treatment.

THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS AN OUTBREAK OF POSITIVE TESTS!
