Like so many things the Biden Administration has done, its theory that electric vehicles are cheaper to operate ran out of juice as prices at the pump stabilized last quarter. Now, according to a study by the Anderson Economic Group, internal combustion Engine cars are once again more economical to fuel than their Electric Vehicle counterparts. This is the first time in 18 months. The Biden plan to drive up oil prices so people would buy electric cars had a major flaw—raising fuel prices also raises the cost of producing electricity—and everything else for that matter. Biden was betting on electric vehicles at the expense of every household budget in the United States as inflation went out of control for fuel, food, and other consumer products. One only has to follow the money to see why.
When you look at the big picture, Biden and his band of World Economic Forum (WEF) corporations, media and government hacks have a plan—redistribute wealth and get rich all in the name of saving the planet. Biden’s Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said higher gas prices were a compelling case for buying electric cars, “If you filled up your EV (electric vehicle) and you filled up your gas tank with gasoline, you would save $60 per fill-up by going electric rather than using gasoline but it’s a very compelling case.” Granholm also admitted that she had recently served as director of an electric car company and held millions in the firm’s stock. See how this works?
Buying an electric vehicle might make you feel good that you upped your social credit score, but it won’t be good for your pocketbook. The Daily Jot compared the cost recovery on a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid getting 41 miles to the gallon with a 15 mile-per-gallon Ford F-150 driving 1,500 miles per month. According to Edmunds.com Car Cost vs Mileage Calculator, it would take 174 months (14.5 years) at $2.79 cents a gallon before any savings would even begin on the Hybrid. Even at $5 a gallon gas it will take 8 years to begin saving money. But that Ford Escape won’t last that long. By the 6-year mark, the 100,000 mile warranty on the battery will have expired and it will cost another $15,000 to $20,000 to replace it.
The WEF, which is driving the conversion to all things electric, accomplishes two of its goals in forcing conversion to electric vehicles: 1) wealth redistribution to its supporters at the expense of the average citizen, and 2) the off-on switch that can control where, when and how far people can travel. In a petro-powered vehicle, a backfire is caused by some form of resistance limiting the functions of the intake and exhaust valves in the engine. The socialist wealth redistribution plan with electric vehicles can also backfire with resistance—both economically from the gas and oil business and from you in not buying into the electric vehicle propaganda. There’s a Biblical principle in play as is said in James 4:7, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Just saying.
