“Catch me if you can.” The abuse of the lawmaking process for political gain, loosely based on Covid issues.

Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox joins Dr. Harvey Risch. Attorney Cox filed the lawsuit last year against New York state governor Kathy Hochul and her quarantine camps, and won it, on constitutional grounds.

Today’s discussion is on “catch me if you can,” how legislatures pass unconstitutional laws and executives (the President, governors, mayors et al.) make unconstitutional edicts, and then it is up to individuals to push back through the courts to block and overturn these destructive policies, which takes time, money and effort–and involves no punishment for the bad-faith, intentional abuse of the law in the first place.
