BETHALTO, IL – An Illinois-based single mother recently employed a unique approach to tackling the likes of mask mandates being enforced at her 16-year-old son’s school, reportedly by targeting the surety bond of the superintendent to get traction on the endeavor.

Violet, who is the mother of a 16-year-old boy who has autism, had been pleading with school officials to afford her son an exemption for the imposed mask mandate at his school within the Bethalto School District.

However, despite Violet explaining how distraught the masks were making her son, the school reportedly refused, eventually leading to the boy harming himself and having to be hospitalized over the incident.

In a means to seek redress, Violet reportedly began looking into the surety bond of the superintendent – apparently finding out that the superintendent was carrying a $4 million liability per bond claim.

Violet reportedly served the superintendent with a letter informing them of her intent to file a claim against their surety bond if the school district didn’t revoke the mask mandates, admit to being in the wrong over the matter, and turned in their resignation within five days.

Reportedly, the superintendent did nothing in response to the letter from Violet. So, come day six after the latter was handed over, Violet filed a claim against the superintendent’s surety bond maintained at the company it’s hosted at.

Violet acquired a recording from the school district’s attorneys the following day, indicating that the mask mandates needed to be repealed. The recording also said all state and federal funding was being blocked and that the superintendent was on her own with respect to the $4 million claim.

Apparently, it had gotten so bad that the district was reaching out to parent volunteers to act as substitute teachers because of the funding being ceased via the open claim.

However, after the publishing of the above video detailing the effort, Violet reportedly retracted the claim against the superintendent’s surety bond due to her feeling bad that the teachers were out of work due to her filed claim.

Considering how swiftly things were upended at the school district, Violet reportedly believed that the superintendent would operate moving forward in good faith.

However, that is reportedly not the case, as the mask mandates were put right back into place.

While Violet hasn’t taken additional action since, she still has the surety bond information on hand. It’s unclear as of this time whether she’ll continue with the previous effort she’d set in motion.

The website “Bonds For The Win” has compiled numerous FOIA template letter requests crafted for several states to help those looking to try the same approach by leveraging surety bonds.

Red Voice Media would like to make a point of clarification on why we do not refer to any shot related to COVID-19 as a “vaccine.” According to the CDC, the definition of a vaccine necessitates that said vaccine have a lasting effect of at least one year in preventing the contraction of the virus or disease it’s intended to fight. Because all of the COVID-19 shots thus far available have barely offered six months of protection, and even then not absolute, Red Voice Media has made the decision hereafter to no longer refer to the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson substances as vaccinations.
