Oh yeah, they act like they are for the rights of their colleagues, but they are more interesting in protecting their narrative. You can be open and share a lot of stuff, but when it goes against our narrative we will root you out. Translation: in other words, you agree with what we say (the narrative) or you get censored or fired. Simple!
