Kingston’s Med-Legal Analysis Cited as Part of a Global Operation to Criminally Prosecute Pfizer

This article is part (1) one of a 3-part series addressing the content of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov’s Russian recent bioweapons defense briefing. As part of this series, I’ll address the some of the claims made and answer some of the questions that were cited by Russia’s Military Chief as being posed by the US Senate regarding Pfizer’s ‘directed evolution research.’

March 12, 2023: Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Russian Military Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops, recently provided an update on the Russian military investigation into the US military’s dual-use-of-research bio-lab programs funded by the NIH and DTRA (US Department of Defense – Defense Threat Reduction Agency); and Pfizer’s involvement in developing, manufacturing, and deploying mRNA bioweapons, falsely referred to as ‘safe and effective vaccines’.

The Russian Military Chief cites the work of Project Veritas, the Stew Peters network, and specifically mentions my med-legal analysis, including citing the legal definition of mRNA technology as a bioweapon under 18 USC 175.

“Walker’s statements (Project Veritas) are backed up by those of former Pfizer employee Karen Kingston. She explicitly stated that the U.S. pharmaceutical company’s products, “are, by definition, biological weapons.” In doing so, she refers to the U.S. law, which defines a biological weapon as any biological agent, toxin, or delivery device, the definition of which includes vaccines with mRNA technology.” – Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of Russian Military Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops

The Russian investigation is part of a global operation to shut down the criminal biolabs research, development and deployment of bioweapons funded and orchestrated by treasonous members of the US military, NIH, private investors (Bill Gates), Big pharma and biotechnology companies. These co-conspirators are continually developing and deploying harmful and infectious biosynthetic pathogens under the guise of public health and safety, protection of national security, and the US biodefense program.

The Ministry of Russian Defense is also evaluating how Pfizer’s global deployment of and international contracts for the use of bioweapons on civilian populations through mandated criminal human experimentation under the guise of ‘safe and effective vaccines’ is in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention, Geneva Code, and other international laws criminalizing the use of bioweapons on a civilian population.

I’ve said this dozens of times during my interviews with Stew Peters;

I am relieved that a man of great power and influence also understands that there is no law that protects Pfizer from criminal prosecution for unleashing bioweapons on civilian adults and children, and has publicly articulated just that.

That being said, it ‘would have been great’ if members of US Congress, governors, attorney generals, state prosecutors and their mRNA ‘expert’ scientific, medical and legal advisors had used my med-legal analysis to publicly articulate that there is no law or contract that protects Pfizer from criminal prosecution for unleashing bioweapons on civilians BEFORE the Russian Military Chief launched an international military operation to criminally investigate and prosecute Pfizer.

Our government leaders are surrounded by expert advisors who have told them that the claim that mRNA vaccines contain bioweapon nanotechnologies is a ‘crazy conspiracy theory,’ and even if it was true; it would be ‘too dangerous’ to tell the American people the truth.

The mRNA bioweapons have resulted in the injury, disability, and death of tens of millions of adults and children, because the American people have continually been lied to about what the mRNA ‘vaccines’ ARE and CONTAIN. Yet, experts are advising our leaders that the truth is what is dangerous to the American people?

It is the the half-truths and lies the experts continue to tell the media, government officials, and the American people that is what is most dangerous. The truth is not dangerous to us, it’s dangerous to those who are involved in the development (inventing), deployment, and cover-up of this bioweapon attack.

The NIH funded the research for the use of the mRNA vaccine nanotechnologies as bioweapons as defined in US Patent 9539210 for a Vaccine Nanotechnology that includes toxic bioweapon molecules;

“..the small molecule is a toxin….the toxin is from a chemical weapon or an agent of biowarfare...” – US Patent 9539210 entitled Vaccine Nanotechnology

To be clear, this NIH-funded Vaccine Nanotechnology patent is for the use of mRNA nanotechnology molecules as chemical weapons and agents of biowarfare.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the cationic liposome gene-editing mRNA ‘vaccine’ nanotechnology, is also cited as an inventor on a patent for an mRNA vaccine nanotechnology to reprogram the cells of humans (mammals) to produce genetic material from non-mammals, and more specifically, to make human cells produce cobra snake venom peptides!

Per the patent, Dr. Malone’s mRNA vaccine nanotechnology can “benefit a large number of diseases from administration of peptides, such as..selective delivery of toxic peptides, such as ricin, diphtheria toxin, or cobra venom factor.”

Dr. Malone’s patent states that his mRNA technology can program; “…cells of the tissue (human tissue) to produce the polypeptide (i.e. venom) for less than about 20 days, usually less than about 10 days…”

Dr. Malone has often accused Stew Peters and his guests of promoting ‘crazy conspiracy theories’ such as, ‘the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein contains mRNA encoding for snake venom peptides.’

In a recent interview with Brian Rose, Dr. Malone states that the claim that snake venom peptides are in the spike protein is a conspiracy theory and an example of the US government’s their psychological warfare tactics ‘to fragment our consciousness’.

Malone basically claims that the ‘alleged evidence’ that snake venom peptides are in the SARS-COV-2 spike protein is a conspiracy theory that will discredit truthful credible opinions such as his and no who will know who or what to believe.

I say believe Dr. Malone’s published clinical research and patents because in this situation his spoken words are not truthful. He’s being dishonest and deceitful when he claim that the idea of snake venom peptides in the spike protein is an absurd conspiracy theory. It was his idea to turn human cells into spike protein factories that could produce ‘therapeutic cobra venom peptides for up to 20 days!’

Furthermore, according to research conducted by scientists out of the University of Pittsburgh, Cedars-Sina Los Angeles, and Germany, who tested lung fluid samples from victims of the Lombardy, Italy COVID-19 attack, it was confirmed that cobra venom peptides are encoded in the mRNA spike protein!

Pfizer states on their website that their mRNA vaccine LNP technology (LNPs = lipid nanoparticles) turns human cells into spike protein factories.

The spike proteins delivered into the human body by the COVID-19 vaccines and produced by human cells are bioweapons that are toxic molecules that can contain mRNA encoded venomous peptides thanks to Dr. Malone’s cationic liposome mRNA vaccine technology

Pfizer credits Dr. Malone’s invention of the mRNA cationic liposome as a crucial technology that made their COVID-19 mRNA vaccines ‘possible’. (Thanks Dr. Malone).

According to 18 USC 175, a bioweapon is a toxin, biological agent, or delivery system (mRNA lipid nanoparticles) that does not prevent infection or transmission, does not protect against disease, was not conducted under legal clinical research, and is not being used for peaceful purposes (causes harm).

I’ve been articulate in presenting the evidence that the mRNA nanotechnology ‘vaccines’ are bioweapons that cause diseases, disabilities and death; and that the diseases caused by the mRNA injections can be treated with products that Pfizer and Moderna have built multi-billion dollar product pipelines around.

My research and analysis regarding Pfizer’s financial motives for manufacturing the mRNA bioweapons was noted by Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov when he stated;

Instead of utilizing the Pfizer and US government documents I’ve exposed on the Stew Peters network and in my SubStack in order to criminally prosecute Pfizer and seize and destroy the COVID-19 mRNA bioweapon injections; US government officials are being misled by mRNA experts, and some medical advisors and attorneys who are claiming that the mRNA injections are ‘vaccines gone wrong,’ or ‘gene-editing therapies,’ or that Pfizer is protected under the US military contract.

These are all deceptive, false and manipulative statements that protect Pfizer by delaying criminal prosecution of Pfizer others involved in the mRNA vaccine bioweapon technologies. Experts who are misrepresenting materials evidence and law are guilty of extrinsic fraud.

Until Americans say enough is enough and call out the lies, liars and cowards who are protecting Pfizer from criminal prosecution, this perverse and criminal experimentation on US children and adults with mRNA nanotechnology will continue. If Congress continues to host ‘public investigations’ in order to stall the actual criminal prosecution of Pfizer, America and Americans will be destroyed either by the bioweapons themselves or for the complicit role of the United States of America in ignoring these global biowarfare crimes.

I began sending my research and analysis to US Congress members in May of 2021. In an email I sent to some Congress, I clearly state;

Not only have I been ‘knocking on the doors’ of members of Congress and state leaders with the TRUTH that the COVID-19 mRNA injections are bioweapons for nearly 2 years now, Stew Peters and the experts he has on his media platform have been a bullhorn warning US citizens and government officials about the mRNA bioweapon injections.

It would be in the best interest of American citizens to strongly encourage members of Congress and other government leaders to reach out to me to immediately get up to speed on some of the evidence being used in the global criminal investigation of Pfizer, other US companies, the US government and healthcare agencies (NIH/CDC/FDA/HHS) for the use mRNA bioweapons on civilian adults and children.
