Well, I gotta tell ya, I hear stuff like this and I cringe, but with all the crazy things I’ve seen come true over, especially the last 3-4 years, I would not count this video out. It’s already common knowledge that the government has the capacity to do these kind of things with their technology. Tests have already been done with it. So you can watch this short 4 minute video and just dismiss it, or you can watch it and believe or consider it. It’s up to you. I just present the evidence. You must decide.
